LOCATION:
From I-5, take Valley View exit north. Turn right (East) on Rosecrans
and continue to La Mirada Blvd. Left on La Mirada to Foster Rd. Right on
Foster to the High School Parking lot. Registration will be in the High
School lot near the Start/Finish.
Race Day
Registration opens 1 hour before each race.
COURSE:
Two mile, four corner circuit over rolling terrain. Quarter mile, power
climb out of turn 1. Short incline precedes finish. Course narrows
between turn 1 and 2, widens after turn 4.
ENTRY/REGISTRATION:
Open 1 hour before race. Closes 10 mins prior to start. Pre-entries must
be received no later than Thursday, July 5, 2007. Late and race day
entries add $7.
All extra races are $10 each (pay the cheapest first, then add $10
for second races). Entry fees include $2.00 USCF insurance surcharge. Make checks payable to Velo Avanti and
include a signed USCF, 2007 Standard Athlete’s Release to La
Mirada GP, 5102 Cellini Dr, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Or
register online at:
www.socalreg.com . Racers under 18 years must have signature of
parent or guardian on the release form. Race goes rain or shine - NO
REFUNDS
RULES:
All 2007 USCF rules apply. Helmets must be worn at all times while on
the bike. No Pit, No free laps, No Feed (except Pro, 1, 2). No warm
up on course.
